Water, at 15°C, flows in an annular space between two concentric pipes. The inner and outer diameters of the annular region are 7.5 cm and 11.5 cm, respectively. (a) Determine the volumetric flow rate, in m3/s, that will be achieved for a water velocity of 3 m/s and (b) specify whether this flow is laminar or turbulent.
