Then discuss:
What are the pros and cons of the ketogenic diet for athletes and for neurological disorders. Then discuss one point of interest from one of the articles in a bit more depth, using some vocabulary from chapter 5 to show you have a deep understanding of ketosis. Make sure to post your response and then add value through additional peer reviewed literature on the subject to a classmate’s post.
